These details appear on every listing you post. The Facebook URL powers the "Message on Facebook" button; the email powers the "Email Seller" button. Buyers see your display name and location next to the price.

Listings submitted by non-trusted sellers. Approve sends them live in the public catalog; Reject hides them.
Expiring soon
Listings within 7 days of the 60-day renewal cutoff (or already expired). Click "Extend" to reset a listing's clock; "Run expiration check" flips long-overdue available listings to not_renewed.
Sellers
Toggle "Trusted" so a seller's new listings auto-publish without admin review. Suspend or ban accounts that violate marketplace rules.
Send broadcast email
Send an announcement to your whole user base, just sellers (people with at least one listing), or just buyers. Powered by Resend — see docs/resend-setup.md for setup.
All listings
Every listing in the catalog. Filter, change moderation or status, or remove a problem listing. For deeper field edits use the Your listings tab or SQL editor.
